We’re looking forward to seeing you at the 2022 TAPA Annual Meeting and Agronomic Workshop, to be held at The Park Vista a Doubletree by Hilton Hotel, located at 705 Cherokee Orchard Road in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Board meetings (TAPA, CCA) will be held on Tuesday morning, July 19. The TAPA Annual Meeting and Agronomic Workshop will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday afternoon, July 19 and will conclude at noon on Thursday, July 21.
NEW TO 2022
This year we are excited to have time dedicated to hear from 2022 TAPA sponsors as well as a competitive session dedicated to TN agriculture graduate students.
A mixer is planned for Wednesday evening following the afternoon session and the graduate student awards will be presented during this time.
The Park Vista is offering a block of rooms for TAPA attendees at a Single/Double Rate of $139 (+ tax) per night. Individual reservations must be made no later than midnight, July 1, 2022. Once the cut-off date has passed, all unreserved guest rooms will be released from the block and guest rooms and rates will be based upon availability.
Reservations can be made online or by phone. The website for online reservations is www.parkvista.com and the online booking code is TNA. If you choose to make reservations by phone, use the Hilton Reservation line 800-421-7275 and tell them that you’re attending the TAPA Annual Meeting. If the reservationist does not give the proper room rate when making the reservation, please contact Matt White (m.white@vantage-midsouth.com) he will notify The Park Vista to be sure that you as a TAPA attendee receive the proper room rate.
